BackgroundCancer stem cells (CSCs) are the most challenging issue in cancer treatment, because of their high resistance mechanisms, that can cause tumor recurrence after common treatments such as drug and radiation based therapies, insufficient efficiency CSCs removal tumors these treatments, it is essential to consider other methods, including non-ionizing likes light-based magnetic hyperthermia (MHT).Method materialAfter synthesis, characterization investigation, toxicity novel on A375 MAD-MB-231 cell lines, were applied. MTT assay flow cytometry was employed determine survival. influence combination therapy CD44 + CD24−and CD133 CD44+ population, Comparison evaluation done respectively using Combination Indices (CIs).ResultThe final nanoparticle has a producing hydroxyl radicals generating heat MHT. According CIs, we conclude combined treatment MHT presence synthesized have synergistic effect ability reduce population both lines compared single treatments.ConclusionIn this study multi-functional nanoplatform acted well dual triple showed good performance eradication CSCs, lines.
